Classic mobile ticketing bullshit. Log in to give my tickets to someone and the system is throwing up an access error. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but same issue each time.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Having problems for some time.

Now use laptop and change password and, sometimes, it works.

This is what I ended up having to do…

1. Open app. Log out.
2. Close app and then delete app.
3. Shut down phone and then turn on again after 30secs.
4. Download app again.
5. Login using Port Member login details.
5. Login using Ticketmaster login to ‘link’ the accounts (takes you to a separate login page)
6. Access tickets.
7. Rejoice at the “ease” of mobile ticketing.

For the record, I’ve done variations of this process before each home game this year and several times last year.

Whoever is responsible for the development and maintenance of this app should get a visit from Rioli’s Darwin mates.

We get jumped, 4 goals down at 1QT. 2nd and 3rd Q basically break even, might even win the 3Q by a goal. First 10 minutes of 4th Q is a battle, then comes the pile on. Lose by 7-8 goals. Minimum.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago.
Logout of Ticketmaster then log back in and it should work for you.

That should work if it’s phone related, deleting the app and then downloading again should fix it if it’s app related unless there’s a problem with the app.
If it’s working now all good but sounds app related to me as there is no other problems with your phone.
