I watched it live and on the link and it remains unclear to me whether he said “bloke boy”, “black boy” or something else unintelligible. Certainly, my reaction was “what did he just say?”

I don’t think McGuire is racist, just has a recurring habit of his mouth working faster than his brain and blurting our stupid comments.

I don't think you understand the concept of miss-speaking. He literally made a mistake. He didn't intend on saying "bloke boy". He changed his mind mid sentence
