3 of the state squads members were on sidelines injured..
But credit where it is due St Kevs where winners everywhere.
Caulfield only had one praccie match plus coaches had many players out of position due to no rucks and lack of match practice.
As they say "there is next week! "

skc also had 5 definate starting players out includin ben omizolo, wil broadhurst, nick wood, lachy roberts, phil edgar.
and 3 potential matt walshe, ben oshea, lucas amon.. plenty of depth.
takes a team to win a game not a couple of guns.
but of course, it was all luck, skc r going nowhere this year.

agree with that...both teams were missing players but caufield were missing fair few more guns. credit to caufield not giving in but st kevins had bit of luck with caufield missing there guns.
