If it's been done before so what? That's probably more reflective of the amount of new people joining the site than anything else.

If you have seen it before don't respond, no big deal. If you have seen it before and responded previously then respond again! Not like there isn't any gratuitous posting on this site...

Agree Dipper, I know it sometimes gets frustrating when the same topic is discussed multiple times on the same page, but if it has been a few pages back, it is easy for newbies to miss them, easy to ignore the topic if you don't want to respond it again.
