How do i change viewing a thread to show the latest post

Every time I view a thread I have to click on the arrow icon to go to the last page.How can I set in to always go the last page without having to always click on the icon

If you click on it in the thread list it should show you the last post you read.

Where is the link you are clicking?

There does seem to be a cut off point of x amount of days where if you haven't read it in that time, that clicking the link does take you to the OP instead of the first unread post.
