My step son has been a naughty boy. I thought long and hard about it during the week. How do I punish him? After much consideration, this was my master plan:
"Son, were you planning on going to the game tonight (Bulldogs-Essendon)?
Reply: "Yeah."
Me (planning this for a week): "Well, you're not, give me your membership ticket. You are grounded for a week."
Walking to the car after our effort last night, I thought that it hadn't turned out like I had envisioned. Hmmm.
Deterrent for future bad behaviour, Plan B:
Tell him he must attend all Bulldogs games for the rest of the season. I'll be the one staying home.
