How do I turn cookies ON?

I always thought I had cookies on but when I use Brinkster it says my cookies aren't turned on and they are required to be.

Can someone please tell me how to turn them on?

If your using IE, click Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and find the cookies options (from memory). If not, click Tools/Internet Options/Privacy and lower the setting (this can cause unwanted cookies though. Hope this helps...
