How do we keep Maxwell and Leonard on the list?

The way I see it is that once McKee and Kinnear are gone we have two free spaces on the list, these spots will be taken by our first two draftees. But, seeing as you must have three draft picks and we have already committed to Travis Cloke we need to delist or retire one other player.

Further to this Nick Maxwell and Zane Leonard were only on our senior list due to long term injuries so will have to be placed back on the rookie list unless we get rid of two more players.

To solve these problems I think we have to delist at least two more players to accomadate Maxwell and T.Cloke. The candidates in my mind are Williams, Lokan, Shackleton and Mullins. Maybe we could rookie list Shackleton or Mullins if they are the ones to go. This would also mean that Leonard would be placed on the rookie list for 2005 unless three players were to go.

Malthouse rates Maxwell highly along with Walker and Leonard, Balme commented during the season that Leonard has the goods!

I'd delist Williams and Shackleton, and rookie list Shackleton.

I'd delist Lokan, OBree, Williams. Shackleton is still young and hus some real grunt and size about him. Mullins finds the footy to and can use it. Where as lokan just doesnt cut it and obrees disposal hurts us to much to keep persisting with and williams days are over. the only reason williams would be kept is so he can get the new line of collingwood merchandise.

I'll presume that O'bree will be retained. He is on a pretty hefty contract if you believe what you read. Not sure how many will go but with Kinnear and McKee gone already, I would add Williams and Shackleton. I hope they persist with Mullins.
