IMO it's a perception thing, plenty of ugly old men get have hot young women on their arms, B on the pros list seems to cover a lot of cons.

A- I'm deteriorating with age...I'm 61.
B- I'm bald.
C- I'm skinny as a rake.

A- Well endowed.
B- Financially well off.
C- Currently healthy.
D- I'm fastidious when it comes to hygiene.

Height would usually drop most blokes a few points, but I think if you can laugh about it and not be insecure (like Joe Rogan wearing lifts lmao), women don't really care.
