How hard is it to recruit a future premiership coach?

We have a future premiership coach right now. No need to recruit anyone to lead this team.
What is it in particular about Brad's style of coaching that leads you to that statement - premiership coaches are as rare as hen's teeth - why do you think Brad has what it takes?

That's right... he is the future.
A grade talent on the list next year
Martin
Kelly
Simpkin
Ahern
No.2 draft pick this year
Brown (with decent delivery)

Mmmmmmmm yummy

You are delusional. What are you basing Ahern's A grade standing on ?

A video that was made 4 years ago when he was running around in the TAC ?

ha ha ha

News Flash - Martin and Kelly dont play for NMFC.

ha ha ha

Newsflash, I don't GAF what you think, I spent the day working and conversing with a development coach of Aherns. He told me that he is a difference maker, and a future star.
I believe we will get Martin and Kelly.

Note, have been watching a lot of Conor lately.

What's that famous quote about repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a different result? Enough with Brad. Time to move him on.

So in summary, Luke Beverage walks into a rabble of a club with no captain and within a couple of years are premiers....

Meanwhile, Brad Scott has been at Arden street for 9 years now,

- no premierships,
-not one A grade talent on our list.
- sitting second last on the ladder

And people still believe Brad Scott is "the future" ?
Well, no, that's not a summary of anything except the preconceptions you arrived with.

It's not about who you don't want - you people have your own thread for that - it's a discussion of what you'd look for.
