Barely got out of second gear and still demolished the Saints. One of the most impressive performances I've seen in a long time. It was like watching boys play against men at times.

Collingwood look the real deal for me. They'll be hard to keep out of the top four (and hence, the flag race) come the end of the season.

Biggest story of the round, is the arrival of Collingwood as a legitimate flag threat imo.

Yer but your depth players have reallly stood up i reckon look at some other times when they are missing 1-2 players they crumble.

Collingwood can only beat minnow teams, wait until they face real opposition, if they win and win convincingly they will be contenders... until then, they are pretenders.

Anyway, we're not a bad team, we've got some stars and some good youngsters coming through. With the list changes over the summer, this was a mini rebuild, so to be third at this point is a good effort.

The biggest problem is the inconsistent intensity. When it's high, we're a great team, but unfortunately the lack of killer instinct hurts - last quarters against Richmond and Carlton, the Adelaide performance.

Agree. If it was played next week sure. It's a pretty open race at the moment for mine. It's been changing every week, are port the real deal? where are collingwood at? wtf hapened to Geelong? has Buddy derailed Sydney? Can Hawthorn field a side on sunday? it's constantly changing and probably the most engaging season for a number of years. The year might've started slow but it'll build to a big finish.

I wouldn't say we are a flag threat just yet. We still have a lot of things to work on and tonight's win shouldn't be an indication of anything really.

We will finish anywhere between 4-8th.
