This will go straight to the tribunal tomorrow, what do we think Jonas will get?

6 weeks? Maybe 5?

Poor Gaff in more difficult times, thinking he had just taken his 3rd overhead mark in his career but nearly ended up in Adelaide for longer than the recommended time. Nobody deserves that.

If you look closely you can see Unitas getting deep inside Thug Jonas's mind, body and soul.

With Redden egging him on, Shuey has a crack at the low level thug, spraying all his Gatorade laced saliva right into Thug Jonas's eye. Hopefully he had blue Gatorade, that shit can burn the retina right out of your head.

Well no shit sherlock it's not like you have a choice is it? Straight to the tribunal means no guilty plea, you are literally at the mercy of the tribunal already.

When the likely grading is intentional, high with high impact or straight severe (and with little grounds to argue any of the gradings) you need to do some serious ass kissing.

I think he'll get six. Worse than May's I reckon. May had no intent for the ball but at least ball was in vicinity and bump is a fair option (if you can get it right). Jonas was always going to be late at the contest. Mark was taken and he lead with his elbow at his head. It was a sniping act.

May's hit wasn't classed as intentional, and he got 5. Hard to see how Jonas won't be charged with intentional there and get more than 5. But hard to see what the MRP is thinking in most cases.

I think he will get 5, maybe 6. It was a thug act and he may well be remorseful but Gaff was completely exposed and a late elbow to the back of the head is about as bad as it can get.
