I've done this in past years, there's an extra degree of difficulty this year with the changes to list sizes but let's give it a go anyway. Please let me know of any errors.

Senior list size in 2021: maximum of 38 (minimum of 36). Clubs are only required to take one live pick this year.

Adelaide
Starting list size: 38
Out: 9 (Gibbs retired, Hartigan, Atkins, BCrouch trade/FA, Gallucci, Knight, Poholke delisted, Mackay, Davis demoted)

AFL clubs will now be allowed to move two players straight from the senior list to the rookie list, without going through a drafting process

With the ability to move two players from the senior to rookie list without going through the draft, I suspect a decent amount of spots are going to open up.

In Brisbane's case, we have 0 senior list and 2 rookie list spots. If delist Cox and move two senior listed players to the rookie list, that would open up the two draft picks we'd plan to use (ideally pick 25 and then matching a bid for Coleman). The third spot has currently been earmarked for upgrading Fullarton.

McKernan - not offered a contract and then left via free agency

We have two NGA prospects so it will most likely be 6, 7, 8 + Brand and Eyre.

It seems likely that we would go with a shorter senior list and more rookie spots in case of any sliders. If we go to 38 seniors there won’t be room for more rookies as we already have 4 category A including Snelling, McBride, Gleeson and Clarke.

Fremantle list update

The Fremantle Dockers confirmed a further three changes to the club’s playing list ahead of the AFL’s first list lodgement deadline on Wednesday

Apparently Hughes, Bewley, Schultz and Banfield will all be on our rookie list as will Thomas as Cat B.

As it stands, going into the draft we will have

32 main list
5 Cat A
1 Cat B

Bell said we wanted 6 rookies so we will be picking 4 in the ND and 1 extra rookie. Suspect we might use the rookie spot in the SSP though.

Haddow and C.Walker fighting it out for 2nd Cat B.

On this, clubs this year can use "hidden" picks to match players. So #54 still can be used to match a JUH bid despite the Dogs not having the list spots for it.
