Largely depends on pandemic, the resultant job market and folks ability to have disposable income. In any ‘normal’ year I’d say 105-110 but we’ll be lucky to break 100k if the economy doesn’t bounce back.

We're on the path to a Great Depression Mark II. Jobkeeper finishes in March. Tourism and hospitality sectors totally f*cked thanks to state premiers and international borders being closed. Businesses will shut. Unemployment up. Foreclosures everywhere. Wait for the banks to call in bad debts. The Chinese are punishing Australian exporters because our PM made the mistake of wanting to know the cause of the Covid spread. No international students until late 2021 at best. And that's all assuming a vaccine, which is miles off and no guarantee.

No way crowds will be allowed at full volume in March.

90k I'm tipping, and that will be 30k ahead of the nearest Victorian rival.

Sorry to be so pessimistic folks but I have absolutely no faith in any level of government.

Membership is changing for 2021.

There is a pay as you attend option.

You pay a membership base fee and then pay as you attend the games you want to go.

That will help keep a heap of members on board.
It's also possible that games will be member only games if there are restrictions on attendance.

Plus membership cards won't be used to enter the grounds, you'll still get a membership card but it won't have a barcode on it.

I think we will get 100,000 again.

Lots of clubs are stripping back memberships. Some ditching lanyards, others no bumper stickers. I heard North aren't even sending membership cards.
Bombers are moving to a model where you get one scarf every 5 years, with a patch for the milestone.

I think the voucher to use on a scarf is a great idea, as heaps of families don't want 4 scarves. It's also smart by the club, as they know you'll likely spend more than the $20.

Assuming no setbacks - however likely you think they are. Will be interesting what sort of crowds we end up getting. 25% off the G expected by Boxing Day, this is about where they were in QLD in R4. 3 months later the Gabba was running 75% capacity.

By that trajectory we’d get there around the start of the season - that means 75k in at the MCG! But obviously the risk of public transport and surrounding events may put a different cap on the MCG.

That ticketmaster membership site has stuffed up I think.

Just got my membership letter in the mail and it says to log in and choose between pay as you attend or pay in full, but it won't let you choose unless you pay the first monthly installment which is not meant to come out until December 1.

Tried ringing the club but was on hold for ages which is unusual so heaps of people must be ringing them.

On the letter the pay as you attend is the Base option.

It's not explained very clearly though.
