Stop counting VFL suburban flags you numbnuts. AFL flags are the only ones worth counting, except the ones where Stevic and Nicholls gave the home town sides a leg up.
I’d deflect from this too if I were you:

:$

Never doubt Swans supporters to prove they know nothing about the game.

You're the only side EVER to lose a grand final to the Bulldogs. :$

Don't know much about the history of your own Club, which makes you look foolish. Or more so than usual.

A fella called John Wren died soon after the 1953 flag. Collingwoods 12th in 50 years. Wren is the foremost, but not the only, fixer closely associated with Collingwood's golden era and AT LEAST 3 Collingwood flags are known to have been outright fixed or heavily influenced by "Colorful racing identities.' It is quite possible that all 12 were.

Without Wren and his associates "assistance", one could safely say Collingwood's performances fell away a bit.

I'd argue the entire four-peat was due to John Wren and his criminal rapaciousness (gambling revenue in poor working class areas) being funneled into the Collingwood football club.
It's where the traditional hatred of Collingwood stems from - scum-sucking criminal elements enabling their cheating.
