My guess is you have 16 keepers and a captains loop in Bines or West, due to the bolded statement?

So if you have 6 upgrades to go it will cost you maybe 12 of those trades, probably more like 14.

Which leaves you 8 for injuries and some decent bench coverage, so yeah you look in good shape to me.
