It's funny though, I don't actually reminisce as much as I thought I would. Probably because I still feel pretty youthful. I remember going out and being really pissed and in ecstasy basically and thinking 'I'll look back on this – this is it' but ultimately, I never did. Not yet.
When there's been a surge of endorphins over a weekend or back in the day when I'd a get a one-nighter, I'd definitely look back and almost reminisce over that. But I never really sit there and try and conjure these mental images of this or that.
I really like taking in the world and I think the saudade people feel when nostalgia pangs is something I have every day. My disposition really dips into observations and thoughtfulness. I could pontificate about anything. I dunno, just the temporary lilt of everything can give me the removed daze of melancholia.
