Caught up in the street with the 58 year old guy i knew who had twins.. must be 62 now

Guy looked like he'd put on 10 kilos and aged an extra 5 years

Probably 27-32 years of age. Both my parents died at the age of 57 after struggling with ongoing degenerative health problems and substantial disability. After going through that I wouldn't want to have children beyond the age of 35. Parents need time to raise them until they become independent adults and you can't assume you're going to be healthy raising children or teenagers in your 50's.
