Qantas 737 hits Mount Kosiosko(spelling?). Joffa and Eddie arrested at brisbane airport with an empty 20kg tin of Sugar.....

Seriously if it is a wet and windy day than I think Collingwood would be more suited. If they can stay with brisbane early then I think they can hold them off. Last year Brisbane had nothing to lose and came up against and injury riddled ess. This year they play Collingwood who have nothing to lose and are playing hard tough football.

It will be won at ground level and coll performance against Ess on a wet day should also give them added confidence going into the game.

But the Malthouse factor is what should worry Brisbane. He has been there before Twice with wc and knows how to coach a side against the odds.
First team to settle around the 20 minute mark of the first Q will win.

No we are all wrong.

"""Football will be the real winner"""

Just hope the Half time entertainment is as good as years gone by. Wouldn't want to break from tradition.

Batmobile, Fat aboriginal opera singer. More of that please.

If it's a shootout, Brisbane will win easily. Their forward line has too many stars on it, and their all-Australian midfield would have too much running.
Collingwood's best chance would be to flood, scrag, keep it tight and tough and refuse Brisbane anything. Similar to how they shut down Port Adelaide - if they can do that again they may have a chance, but if Brisbane's midfield can get easy kicks it'll be a blowout.

One final thought - Anthony Rocca should never go inside the forward 50m line. He's a better shot for goal from 70m than he is from 20m, so he should never ever under any circumstances get anywhere near the goal square.

What do Brisbane have to lose that Collingwood don't?
