how to fix rage quitting!

imo tho only way to stop this is that when a player quits the win goes to the player who didnt quit and a loss to the player who quit! ... no matter what stage of the game! im sick of trying to keep the person im playing in contention just for them to quit just before 3 quarter time and i dont get the win! tis bullshit!

this has to be fixed in the patch... get rid of the useless reliability rating as u cant even see it b4 a game!

Why does my reliability rating say: Avoid??

Maybe they could make it like Madden. If the opponent quits, you get notified, and you play against the computer for the remainder of the game and the scores that happen stand. So when you are winning and they quit, the quitter gets a loss and you get the win plus the stats from playing out the game.

that would but work would be harder to implement. something needs to be done tho!

They don't do that anymore in madden, you just automically get the win on the spot they no longer do the computer thing, at least not in madden 11. But it works so well, in madden you can also offer a mercy quit.
Which means you still lose but you don't have to worry about playing out the game and still get a good % quit rating because it doesn't count as quitting.

And also, no matter what stage, as someone above said, the quitter should get a loss and we should get a win if they just straight up quit. I was playing someone for a minute, i kicked the first 2 goals and they could see i was better than them so they just quit right away.

This really didn't need a thread, we already know that this is going to be fixed in the patch.
