I would be looking at education. I worked in Educational Publishing Industry for a while, don't do it, it's very boring, and the amount of foreign students who study here blew my mind. Bearing in mind that they are pay full fees to the university , as well as board, and have you seen the price of KFC these days (stereotyping, I know), these kids are putting a lot of money in local pockets. Rann had it right, amazingly, when he was trying to attract foreign universities to open offshore campus' in Adelaide. There are two good universities in Adelaide and UNISA, there is a massive burgeoning middle class in India and China, who want a better future for their kids than they had. Adelaide is a small town and easy to get around, it's cheaper to live in the all other mainland states, it has a lot of attractions to foreign students.
