Running/Fitness How to stop flat-feet running?

How can I stop this as my knees have become absolutely f*cked and can't any more than 3kms due to this.
How should I be running and what are some tips, thanks in advance :)
 
are we talking pronation of the feet (flat feet) or do you just have a heavy running style?
Sorry mate, the heavy running style, this has caused massive problems and I want to know how I can fix this asap.

well without being able to actually see it i'd think that overall weakness is your biggest issue resulting in tightness of other muscles picking up the slack which severely limits full range of motion at the hips and thus your terrible running mechanics

do your feet/toes stick out to the side at all when standing (duck feet)?
 
Get a pair of cricket boots. Take the inner sole out. Take the rear spikes out.

Insert them into the same holes, upside down, inside the shoe itself.

Now you can run on your toes!
