Interesting that Adams, Roughy and Danger are only owned by 40% of players. I'd say going by that, about half of all Fantasy teams are created by people who don't really know (or care about?) what they are doing.

ssshhh don't remind people about witts,
as for the 40%+ they're all really safe bets; Adams will be a top 3 defender, Danger will be a top 2 midfielder and Roughead will be significantly better than the 62 average he is priced at. This safety is compounded by the fact that such a high percentage own them, if Adams goes down with injury well just about everyone else has to deal with that issue as well.

O'Meara is in 53 and rising % of teams. In a year with a real lack of cash cow rookies safe midpricers are more important as ever. Actings a pseudo-rookie in the sense that they'll go up in value of upwards of 200k.

770. My team in many respects has a lot of common players (Adams/danger/Fyfe etc), but I think my combo is quite different, which is good.

Means I'll either be right, or horribly wrong come round 1. Changing my mind 100 times though!

840. Not too worried because most of my players with high ownership are my rookies, guys like Hibberd and Pickett and Preuss and Black etc.
PODs are kind of stupid anyway.

868 here, interesting way to check how common your team is, admittedly it seems quite high in comparison to other teams but as others have also said the players with such high ownership percentages are my rookies so I'm not to worried.

tbh there are only a few choices I don't like. these players are popular for a reason. In the head to head you only need 1 POD, in the full game there would be an astronomically low chance that your team was exactly the same as any other for the whole season

Absolutely mate, it just scares me a bit in terms of overall ranking but I really won't be changing things because of it as you said, almost no one will have an identical starting line up and even then you've got two trades a week that'll change your side a heap.

Is there an easy way to get it added up?

My uniques (under 10%):
- D. Roberton,
- J. Kelly (GWS),
- A. Gaff,
- T. Phillips

...and that's basically it.

Also have had Sloane for a couple of rounds, was a POD when I brought him in (and was captain last week!). Think I might try to diversify a bit more this round, but will depend a bit on the situation with Nankervis.
