I find it hard to see less than two. At least medium impact, intentional, high contact. Maybe it could be seen as low impact. That seems highly unlikely, but possible. Even if it was low impact, the "look" would be enough for it to be considered as medium.

Possibly straight to tribunal if contact is deemed hard enough, as the result is often the consideration and not the act this also seems unlikely. But more likely than "low impact".
In which case anything from 3-6. If it does go to tribunal, they might well decide on medium impact and punishing accordingly (three is apparently the straight-to-tribunal minimum now, unless deemed "exceptional circumstances").

So, my guess is two; three if straight to tribunal.

Intentional low impact was my first thought which would be a week. Think medium impact is a decent chance now since Cripps does seem to have been affected by the hit. Probably depend on the medical report. Clearly going to go for it, though.

Mills was lights out before he hit the ground, Cripps got up and is playing out the game.

It's clearly low impact.

Look at Fyfe on Greenwood, that was deemed intentional and low impact and the impact of that hit was probably harder than this.

I'm sure no one disagrees but the MRO table goes based on impact. medium impact is a hard sell considering he played without issue, 30 disposals and 2 goals.

Yeah but that’s the whole problem with the system. If we saw a kid do that in under 14s, you would want them banned for the year regardless if the player punched in the face got up and played the match out.

You do that on the street and you’re going to court.

Why would it go to the tribunal? This is an easy one for the MRO, at least 1, possibly 2. The thing that made me laugh was the commentators carrying on saying it was an unfamiliar incident in today's game. Who are they kidding? You see it several times each round
