Well, it used to go without saying that being a Port supporter meant expecting to win. But now I'm worried. I expect us to win and I can't help feeling the Club might be due for a reality check, and then it's back to soul searching again.

Is it just pre game nerves? Course it is. Have more confidence son, they are playing beautifully.

I'm a bit worried that Brisbane's good defensive form coincides with our shortage of talls up forward, but hey, we've still cracked the ton each week so far.

Brisbane will be keen to win a trophy, don't doubt that. Leppitsch being at the press conference instead of Voss was just mind games, I reckon Voss will play.

We've come this far through some adversity, but playing in front of our own crowd and remembering the poor performance of the 1999 cup final, I'm sure Port will give a good account of themselves - round 1 is two whole weeks away.
