I just dont get the denial. I've seen some of their posters identify and post some pretty smart stuff on some boards like the D&T

But when it comes to Ross there's this stubborn refusal to acknowledge or recognise what's happening. When some of their supporters start to raise their concerns on their board they get absolutely flamed.

It's so obvious what's happening and the damage that's being done but they're completely blind to it.

Instead they'd rather point to another club or some other issue. Bizarre stuff

Did you catch pav and Ross comments on skill/disposal. They basically said it didn't matter and it takes care of its self. And they wonder why their turn overs are so high and their ability to dispose of the ball so so so poor

They would have to be the only football club in the modern era to hold that view now
TL;DR

Maybe but I'm not as confident after yesterday's performance and with Riewoldt possibly being out injured for a few weeks.

Are you still confident about Freo making finals this year? I wouldn't be.
I saw your the saints fixtures from rounds 1-10. Your team will be lucky to be 3-7 by round 10. I don't the saints making the finals in 2017. And if your team is crippled by injury just like Freo in 2016, you have no chance.

As for Freo... I said a lot of things need to go our way for freo to make finals. Still... as shit as we are, I see freo getting anything between 6-10 wins.

But here is one last thing....

afl injury list 2016.jpg

That there is the AFL injury ladder. Now there explains a fair bit of answers why Freo got bottom 4 last year.

I also noticed Adelaide is on the bottom. They did use only 29 players last year. Now look who is 3rd bottom? That's right the saints and you still didn't make the finals.

Now imagine if the Saints had an injury run this season just like freo last year. You wont be making finals.

Freo don't have any significant injuries this year (apart from Bennell with his calf*) and they still played like shit yesterday.

Freo supporters just need to get used to the fact that their team isn't very good anymore and is being coached by a bloke with an out of date gameplan.

And Alex Pearce who is a 200 cm 90 kg key defender that is better than zac dawson.

Premiershipmond lol

The change that needs to be made at Freo is an emphasis on kicking goals
the thing was we had the Midfield supplying enough inside 50s. It was just a few guys like kersten dropping marks inside 50. Griffin hitting the post twice directly in front didn't help either.

Freo has needed a KPF for 10 years, still keep drafting/trading for potatos.

So pretty much, we've been trying and having not much luck. In other words, you're ******ed to think Fremantle haven't been trying.
Firstly, **** off Jose.

Secondly... Freo have form since their inception for bad trades and drafting so it should not be a shock to anyone that you have never really had a 2nd Pav. I mean like That was supposed to be Tabener but that bloke is full potato. I would however not call it luck.

We recruited a shit load of tall KPPs in this draft.

Yes we got McCarthy and Kersten, we also got Brennan cox and Luke Strnadica.

So freos forward stocks are Tabs, 2 190 cm talls in Kersten and McCarthy, 2 forward rucks in Apeness and Strnadica and 2 CHF/CHB Swingmen in Brennan Cox and Matt Ubergang

you cant say dockers haven't made an effort to do something.

It reminds me of that time when we gave them Trent Croad for Luke Hodge and Trent Croad.:D:thumbsu:

I don't forsee any of them being near a Pav.

Tabener, Kersten and Apeness are already potatos.

IMO jury is still out for McCarthy and i've not seen Strnadica or the other 2. McCarthy would have to already shown the best signs of the last 10 years of Dockers recruits though.

If history proceeds itself they will be potatos is what i am getting at.

that wasn't a trade, we got him for free. we didn't give up a top 10 pick for him
It was a free agent drafting wasn't it? Melbourne chose not to match it because potato

He was just the most recent potato to come to mind at the time of posting :)

Then there was the Jack Anthony drafting? Gumbleton? D Pearce? to name a few more

You did have an epic win getting rid of Mayne for a stupidly high pick before this season though... something definitely dodgy about that one!
