He is big, he's athletic....so why doesn't he do something?

Agreed. Biglands is more suited to a longer run up. Even Mick Redden said that the rule change will have the biggest effect on BIglands as he has to change the way he plays the game.

This may in fact result in Huddo and Clarke in ruck and Biglands in FP :(

At least on Sunday Biglands was following up the play after the ruck contest and getting more involved.

How long that would have continued is unknown as he only lasted a qtr and a bit.

But it was a noticable short term improvement ;)
