wasnt there no arrests made in the US as the FBI geo fenced the USA in regards the intercepted messages from ANOM, so no external parties could read the messages, and the US cops were not authorized to read or act on any messages originating from the USA? apparently there was 15 ANOM devices in use in the USA that could not be tapped. so any intel that flows from any intel gathered from USA based ANOM phones will be thrown out of court in the future, negating any gains.

That's what they said, yes. The suggestion was that under civil and privacy rights, US agents/investigators weren't even allowed to read the messages.

No way given the FBI involvement, they could get around a defence of entrapment. They have actually supplied the means for crooks to engage, plan and execute crime.

Anyone that thinks that the tie in with the CSK case, is because when young Bradley (Robert Edwards) was arrested in late 2016, Australian Law Enforcement lost access to their No.1 supplier of intel on some of Australia's criminal masterminds, is just making s**t up and rightly deserves the label of being a Conspiracy Theorist :)

Jordan Curry, 39, previously of northern New South Wales, was arrested at Mykonos airport last Wednesday and is expected to be extradited to the US to face allegations he was involved in an international cocaine syndicate, importing and exporting the drug.

He is also alleged to have committed money laundering offences.

It's understood Curry had been living abroad for a number of years.

But not the thought though? I am pretty sure entrapment requires that the crime would never have been committed without the influence of the law enforcement officer. The officer basically needs to plant the idea in the offenders head.

Would be pretty difficult for any of these types to argue they weren't intending to commit these crimes with or without the App.

Yes, it would be entrapment if using the app was the crime. The drugs is the crime, so entrapment would have to be providing the drugs (at the least, and maybe more like introducing a buyer?), not providing the app.

possible interpol warrant given the crimes covered various countries and he was living abroad? once his identity and location were discovered then easily arrested for extradition.
 
Operation Ironside nicked a few more in SA.

'Further arrests have been made as part of Operation Ironside, as four Adelaide men allegedly planned to attack a fellow Comancheros bikie member.

SA Serious and Organised Crime Branch detectives and STAR Force officers swooped in on the men, arresting them early Friday morning as part of ongoing investigations.
SA Police in a statement said the ongoing review of the AN0M material by the Ironside Taskforce led to the arrests and the messages found, related to the four accused, will form part of the evidence in the cases against them.'
