I think he'd be the type of player that we need in defence so wouldn't mind Carlton trying to get him if we do.

Lockdown defender Hugh Bond and midfielder/forward Zac Taylor are understood to be close to re-signing.
The Victorian duo played in last week’s loss to the Magpies, the fifth game of the season for Bond and 16th for Taylor.

Both were late draft picks – Bond at No. 50 in 2022, Taylor at No. 44 the previous year.
