bloke came fourth overall in the 3km at draft camp, he is 6''3-4 can play down back and fwd, and has a good disposal.......... wouldn't mind seeing Richmond going after him to place him down back!

any thoughts?

Haven't seen alot of him, but if you're going purely on his 3km run - refer to Oakley-Nichols - draft results aren't everything.

Probably like an Andrew Embley type mould. have seen him play for Caulfield and he is an absolute gun.

mate thinking the same thing was going to put up a thread myslef.

i reckon he would be an ideal pickup for the tiges

would appreciate a synopsis of him from weaver

Played mostly as a key defender last year in Oakleigh's premiership. Is probably not really big or strong enough for that spot. Oakleigh did the right thing by him and put him on the ball. Played forward, back, wing, even as a relief ruckman.

Pretty good left foot kick. Very mobile for a 190cm guy, and he can run. So will be considered. Probably the type that the AFL like and the fact that he is a genuine utility will help ... he has 20 chances to get picked any week unlike a backup rover or ruckman.

Only problems will be that he has never really put BOG performances together. And he hints at being jack of all trades, master of none. Whole lot of Ben Harrison about him, but then Harro got his 100 games and so Sandilands wouldn't be a bad option 45+.

Numerous times he was BOG for Caufield, also his captaining in the APS V'S AGS match was nothing short of remarkable... Certaintly a BOG effort there.

Because he is so versitile clubs will i think be very interested in his ability to be an athlete eg: mitch morten. you can work on skill ect:

I think his defence has a bit of fine tuning needed but watcjing his metro game i found the coach didn't utilise him very well, giving him numerous jobs to do without any real position he was able to settle into.

last year in the TAC CUP he got the job on jarred alan, i think the leading goal kicker, high draft pick very good mark and kick, although struggled early on he settled in and did some good things. His run from CHB to CHF giving then receiving hanball and kicking it long for a point is the attacking run off the HB line we need and for a tall to do it is even better. ( preferably kick the goal next time)

I agree with pick 45+ but i would love to see him come to the tigers and develope him as a backman ( god knows we need a tall) he would be a great pick up and could mould him into anything.

190cm is almost no-man's land.
Deledio is 189cm.
Too small for KPP. But if he can run and is a good kick like Weaver said, then maybe a wing or running half-back flanker might suit him?

I dont think we need anymore of them though Tugga.

Always room for a skilled running player Phoenix who can deliver the ball. No more JONs please.

a 6'3-4 player with some growing space left could be useful. In accordance with his mates they said he was approached by numerous clubs at draft camp like most and told he was indeed not too small to play KP.

I would love to see his dash our of defence, or as caufield and Chargers played him in the guts as an impact player.

Although talented the down side to his game is if he is not having a good day generally he cant turn that around or find the ball. Watching some of his games the coach had no direction or role for him to play so he looked lost.

A low 40+ prospect but a very good one at that.
