John Campbell played football for Kerang and is a uni student in wagga. He played limited games for culcairn last year due to injury im told, but from one game i saw last year he was very impressive. Only 6"3' but he was a state high jumper and 400 meter runner in high school. He was away on prac for the prac match against barny and will be fully fit and raring to go!

Was there, Cul played well, i think the player they may sign or have signe would be Shannon Gilson, was clever and yes there mid field played well. Pretty sure Klemke will get a run as he was good in combining with Wishy Barber across half back.

I heard that Brendan Lee fella has put in a big pre-season and is playing creative football across half forward - seems to have slipped under the radar a bit. Also a couple of fat ex-footballers down at the game were getting itchy feet to the point where one of them actually ran across the oval (full dress thankfully) just to get a feel for things before he comes out of retirement....

I think you will find that Mr. Lee will be playing the early game Daicos Fan. Age and work committments are going to be a factor for him this year (apparently he will be in New Zealand & Hawaii during May and I can't see him training too much over there). Heard a whisper that P. Smith is only thinking of playing 2nds this year as a bloke by the name of Bosley was in fine form at full back for the Lions on Sat.
Also if you are talking about one of the ex-footballers running across the ground at least we know what caused the TSUNAMI in the Solomon Islands.:D :D :D

Where has Shannon Gilson been playing? Seemed to have gone misssing for the past few years. Be a great recruit if his ability is what it was a few years beack. Will fit in with the boys at Cul very nicely as well:D :D

Holbrook have some breking news as Justin Way has been transferred to Benalla with work so will be a loss for them.Good news though is his replacement is in the top handful of players in the Coreen league.Not a huge fan of the league but this bloke can definitely play.Name a bit later in the week as he is yet to inform his club.

Bosley played for the lions a few years back,not sure whether he would still get a senior game at his age.I dont think he played at all last year,would be a bit long in the tooth.I wonder if Joel Klemke got what he was asking,the swampies will be hoping for good crops on the land they have leased or they will be buggered.:(

The word is that Sanson has taken a pay cut for Joel Klemke - apparently some Henty sponsors were not impressed with the $$$ Klemke was asking. Will this cause some friction at Swampie land?
 
Walla smashed billabong by about 100 points pointless match. Whiterod was missing and also about 7 or 8 senior players as well. Billabong was too unfit
