Iwould have thought Wallas main rival would have been Brocklesby over the years given their past.Iwould expect the Lions main rival to be the Brookers,and this year the Swampies would wantto beat them more than anyone given whats happened over the off season.Ithink the league should give the rest of the teams a bye when the LIONS and the SWAMPIES play, so the other teams get the chance to watch the SWAMPIES smash them.

I agree Barny had a good side in. Cul should improve on last year may go close to winning the flag this year. Cul had a good list last year they just played harder off the ground then on it.

Walla could replace 4th or 5th if they have a good run with injuries.

Where has Shannon Gilson been playing? Seemed to have gone misssing for the past few years. Be a great recruit if his ability is what it was a few years beack. Will fit in with the boys at Cul very nicely as well

Clinton Gilson has been playing for donvale in the eastern footy league in melb. very good competition and would be an extremly valuable pick up 4 cul if it happens or has, would cause plenty of headaches for opposition clubs in hfl.

The mail i got is that he is only a youngster but is not a bad player they have stocked up on there midfield small forwads type players they will be there abouts i reckon. Have to live up to the over achieved tag from last year though..

Well $500 was his asking price to O&M clubs, which was then trumped by Osborne, who was then trumped by Walla - so I reckon $800 would be pretty close.
