How many of those have previous arrests/criminal records?
The point being that since Bill Clinton, mass-incarcerations for trivial infractions became mandatory government policy, in unison with an exponential increase in privately owned & run prisons, invested in full populations....It's a new form of slavery & it's utter madness.

The U.S has 4% of the worlds population & 25% of it's prison population....It's a human rights, anti-democratic disgrace.

Oh yeah....I can just see a rich white kid being incarcerated for that.
For your arguement to be valid, you need to drop the "rich" bit. I reckon a rich colored kid might be fine too.

Not to say there isn't discrimination but it's a little more nuanced and poverty should never be ignored.

Any thoughts on the 13% committing 50% of murder and 38% of violent crime? That's why they're getting shot at higher rates, because they commit violent criminal acts at a higher rate and are more likely to resist arrest (possibly in part because they keep getting told that cops are violent racists that are out get them).

Ben Shapiro has some great stuff on BLM.

Would have thought socio-economics & govt policies pertaining to these, to be essential defining factors & criteria....Slums & ghettos are a direct result of those policies. Only desperate people resort to crime as a means to solve their problems.

Brilliant article from Natasha Vargas-Cooper about transgender politics.

Some key points:

To say to the woman crouched in a hut, tearing herself open to give life, that this uniquely female, and dangerously female, experience is somehow a construct makes you sound not only foolish but also callous.
and

There’s a saying in the trans community to chide feminists: “Do you only support women who bleed from their monthly cycles?” What this slogan fails to confront is what that blood means. That blood is a symbol of women’s ongoing war with nature. They use hormones, condoms, copper devices, and all manner of contraception to deny nature’s plans for them. When after 28 days they see their period, they know that they won that month. When the contraception and plans fail, then they have lost their opening skirmish with nature. The war then continues within their own bodies which begin to flood their bloodstream with hormones that expand their womb to make a cozy living nook for an uninvited body.

This is a phenomenon that only women experience. Women with vaginas, women who bleed, and women who have had to battle for the right to defy what nature demands of them.
What's telling is that this had to be published in The American Conservative, a founded run by the paleoconservative Pat Buchanan. Vargas-Cooper is a left wing feminist, but this article which steps outside the bounds of current left wing thought can only find airing in something that calls itself conservative.

"Feminists" went to town on Germaine Greer for suggesting that transgender "women" aren't really women. Kinda sad really.

How does this support trans gender normalisation?

It's not surprising
Feminism is primarily about power equality and fairness
Transgender is about personal identity and sexuality. They are very different subjects.

I think Germaine believes the feminist battle is now largely won.

Not many of us are even confronted with the reality of trans gender so it's not surprising that old feminists are disengaged on the subject.
