Disagreeing with far left opinion doesn't make you alt right. I definitely want a shift to the right in politics but only to bring it back to the centre at least.
There are more opinions that "far left" "centre" and "alt right", as you well know. Pizzagate is the most well-known piece of Fake News, which is heavily associated with the alt-right. Questioning the health and making political conspiracies about key political opponents? Again - very alt right. That website is ticking all the boxes.
What's more, looking into who funds BLM, and claiming it is the driving force, rather than it being a genuine grass-roots movement is alt right. Doxxing, identity politics, seeding distrust in democratic institutions, lying and spreading misinformation to the point Snopes has to make an article about, etc. while ignoring the central point (cops shooting unarmed black people)... These are the hall marks of the alt right.
Another key hall mark is harrassment and abuse - a model seemingly accelerated after the Milo-associated GamerGate - but that is done more via socials.
