Some people have pushed for a pre-school age of consent. It won't fly, but there are people mad enough to support it!

I think that legally pre-consent people should be allowed to 'get it on' without fear of criminal charges, i.e a 15 year-old banging their 15 year-old partner is not a sex offender. A post-consent person barely over 18 should get some leeway if they're with say a 17 year old.

Adults preying sexually on the underage - this needs to be legally defined. A maximum age gap of four years between pre and post-consent ages should be sufficient, although an 18 year-old banging a 14 year-old still sounds iffy going by that.

Half the age of the older party plus 7 is a good rule IMO. Will mean 14 yr olds only with 15 yr olds, 18 yr old with 16 yr old . And nothing below 14.
