Yes, because I think it's hilarious that a poster believes a player has reached his peak as a 22 year old.See below:
Point proven. There's no need to bite at literally every person showing an opinion that doesn't suit yours...
I'm so insecure...

Lots of players peak at 22 or even earlier. Chad wingard, Jake stringer, just to name a couple. We could be already witnessing Darcy's peak. He'll get stronger, but maybe he'll lose some athleticism. Physically speaking, I think suggesting Naicos is already at his peak isn't too far fetched.Yes, because I think it's hilarious that a poster believes a player has reached his peak as a 22 year old.

Look at family history though, dad had a late career surge and Josh is considerably better now than he was at 22
N Daics has tonnes of upside, his goalkicking is poor, tackling not much better, he's developing his contested marking and his field kicking has room for improvement
Darcy can put on another 10kg and be even more of a beast, Grundy shoving him around is a fresh memory
Both players well short of their peak imo
Yep.Errr...Josh couldn't get any worse than when he was 22, he was shyte.
Nick Daicos would want to have some upside the way you clowns carry on about him. He is not even in hte top 20 rated players. If he learned to put his team first, that might be a good starting point.
Thanks for proving my point, Josh has gone from being a spud at 22 to an AA-standard playerErrr...Josh couldn't get any worse than when he was 22, he was shyte.

I'm trying to think of all these midfielders that peaked at 22....Thanks for proving my point, Josh has gone from being a spud at 22 to an AA-standard player

He's nowhere near it, still a boy physically, wait til he fills out like JoshI'm trying to think of all these midfielders that peaked at 22....
Maybe Judd (due to the fact he had to change his game style due to injury challenges)
Maybe Luke Ball.
Maybe Josh Kelly.
So about 1% of all midfielders peak at 22.
The odds that Daicos hasn't yet peaked are well in his favour.

Nobody is triggered by Daicos. You’ll find posters are just taking the Mickey out of you lot for your sycophantic fan boy pandering over Daicos. No player in history has mass-triggered oppo fans like Daics, they are literally losing their minds over him![]()
There is no doubt Darcy is right now at the very peak of his athletic prime. Over the coming years, he will naturally decline due to his height and the weight he'll stack on.
Very few 7 footers remain agile for long.
The advantage of this will be the power he will gain through the upper body. At 210cm tall, literally no defender in the competition will be able to maneuver him off the ball.
Matthew Richardson was a physical specimen in his early 20's. 40 inch vertical leap, ability to twist and turn on a dime but by his late 20's, he was close to 108kg and literally impossible to push away from marking contests. The downside was that freakish athleticism had gone ever so slightly.
Wow! Player Ratings has to be one of the worst indicators of player rankings then. Poor Rusey, those sacred texts are gospel to him.Yep.
Right next to the single most influential player in the comp this season at #22 - Jordan Dawson. So he's in good company.
But PlAyEr RaTiNgZ
Try it!! Getting desperate now for the Dogs, another year wastedDaicos plays a similar style to Lachie Bramble. I feel like if we fed Bramble the ball the way the pies feed Daicos he'd be putting up very similar numbers.

A comparison question isn't an attack on DaicosSeason on the line - Sam Darcy may as well be a light post on the ground. Can’t handle finals like pressure and pace. Close thread discussions over. Find a new challenger salty opposition supporters
It wouldn't surprise me if PlAyEr RaTiNgZ gives Darcy a 25 for today's performance. Will be interesting to see if Player Ratings still has Darcy as the superior player after this performance.
