Wii/U Hyrule Warriors

Just picked this up today but can't play until later because I'm at work!

Anyone played it yet?

I've played it a bit.

Enjoying it so far and there's heaps to do, customise and collect.

Only thing was that I've never really played much of Dynasty Warriors in the past so at first I was a little confused with how battles worked but picked it pretty quickly.

Went and got a copy today.

In the same boat never played Dynasty Warriors but I'm a massive Zelda fan so i couldn't pass it up.

Would of been great if it had online multi player.

Played for about 30 minutes last night as I ran out of time. Enjoyed it more than I expected but I struggled with the first boss.

So does it play like a re-skinned Dynasty Warriors?

I'm on the fence about this one, not a fan of Dynasty Warrior games but a big fan of the Zelda series.

I'm on the fence about this one, not a fan of Dynasty Warrior games but a big fan of the Zelda series.

Has enough throwback type zelda stuff to keep you interested.

Gameplay style is def dynasty warriors, but boss fights and a few things in it (Shoe-horned zelda items) are a nice change

One thumb up, Nothing groundbreaking, solid game however, Don't expect the world

Annoying they don't have the characters talking during battles it makes it hard to read when your busy mashing away.

Also like the movie cut scenes I'm hoping future Zelda games start doing this.

I've done every level on normal but there's a couple where I couldn't imagine finishing it on hard without a lot of swearing at the TV.

hard isn't too bad, last fight with Ganon on hard did annoy me, legandary is a pretty big jump

I'm really enjoying this game, I fear I won't get to unlock everything I want to though with Smash Bros. Bayonetta and Pokemon coming out soon.

Fun game, big Legend of Zelda fan but never played Dynasty Warriors. Wasn't expecting much but very enjoyable, plus it's great being able to play as Ganon.

I'm holding off Bayonetta because I keep wanting to play this.
