So everytime McLachlan s@)=mises the Swans commentary ....he never fails to put Errol Gouldon in the frame with James Reyne - Reason is the song ‘Oh Errol’, performed by Australian Crawl.

We hear “Errol Goulden putting a smile on James Reyne’s face” in that impossibly smug voice.....

Reyne was the ‘Frontman’.....Pity Oh Errol was sung by Guy McDonagh...main songwriter and co-vocalist of Australian Crawl.

Guy sang all the verses of Oh Errol, and co-vocal with Reyne on the chorus.

He was a huge reggae fan..hence the Police influence.

He also wrote and sang Oh no, not you again.

McDonagh died of HIV just as their career took off...on the back of two Albums largely written by him.

Hame‘s career died the day he started.

Enjoy.
