I've paid attention to this poster. However, there is nothing to suggest that he is Tef other than timing.

I may well be proven wrong.

I place him as a North part-troll... some really positive comments from him last week but some really poor posts in the last day or so.

Not the style we are used to with Tef... TTD actually managed to sound constructive at times.

Can't the MODS check the IP of where TEF posted and where this new guy posted? if they match then hey!
