Most of the posters have ruled out teams like Calton, Adelaide, Port, Richmond, West Coast and Hawthorn on making the eight??

I can't answer for all of them, but Richmond can only make the eight if eight other teams drop out of the AFL,(it's in the club rules) and Port Power Failure can't make the eight because the whole team and the coach are second rate.

Well you can't argue with a record like the Roos so why bother? Except Port have already made the 8 once. As for the Roos, well, they ain't getting any younger and I love that youth policy they have going. Although aparently Sav's attitude has turned right around, well, it would have to. But it's a bit of a worry when Carey is injured already, don't you think? And as for clubs dropping out, after the Sydney debacle, the imminent loss of your Friday night niche, and the Melbourne profit squeeze, I'd keep quiet. Real quiet.

No Joffa, CIK just does this because he wants to play, I guess his rubber doll got a hole in it again, and since he is a South Aussie, he knows all about how great Port are.
