Hi - your subscription ran out on Saturday and hasn't been renewed. You should have gotten an email when it expired. Is the email address attached to this account up to date?

Appreciate the response. Turns out my paypal payment didn't go through Sunday morning for some reason. Looks like it rescheduled itself for the 16th so i'll hold fire until then
