Came from my hometown, my family watched him grow up from knee high, so to see him play well is excellent.
For all that is said over his looks, the boy just does not stop running, that goal in the 2nd quarter this week wasn't bad either.
Killed Dal Santo (who everyone seems to forget was in pretty good form), and hurt him the other way.
Massive chance for the Norm Smith, if he has a good game, the Hawks generally win.

Ablett is the cheat, gets flung around 720 degree's and doesn't get pinged for holding the ball???? therefore Ablett and Chapman are serial cheaters, disgracefull both of them

No, Bateman deliberately runs headfirst into tacklers in an attempt to draw a free kick. Ablett gets tackled and disposes of the ball.
Chance is a long way off A list, overrated due to his good work ethic. Runs hard, but his kicking is average. Doesn't get enough of it either.
You've been sniffing too much 'self raising flour' have a look at his efficiency before posting such outlandish garbage.....mark my words he'll give any of your players a run for their money and probably over the day win out
Bateman's idiotic hairdo emphasises the fact that he does tend to duck into tackles. He's a good player but he definitely does this (as, I am prepared to concede, Chapman does from time to time).
