Should never have introduced the rule in the first place. Stupidity.
Bloody funny though. It's the silliest conclusion to a World Cup ever and therefore suitable that England was the 'victor'.
More odd, I think, is that they also seem to have introduced super overs for every tournament match, even in the group stage.

Typical ICC, even when they do something good they have to tack on more rubbish no one wants.

I guess they don't want group stage matches that could theoretically go on forever when a win/loss result isn't required. This part of it very strange and unnecessary though from the ICC.
