Even though its a nice thought for the tiges supporters, I think relying on us to beat a team pushing for a finals berth will be a huge ask. Especially without our best player of the year (and his notoriously underperforming protegé).

I'll be there though, going to be good fun, win lose or draw. I will just soak it all in with the undoubted hangover from my 21st the night before making the most of the last time I'll see our beloved dons for waaaay too long...

We all know the saints aren't that good and just pretenders but with our side which we are putting on the park just being competitive is hard.

Early and late season injuries wrecked our season, the only good thing is that it finishes in 2 weeks and they can all have a rest and get ready for next year early.

Richmond should win their last 2 matches (Freo and Melbourne), and St Kilda should probably lose to Adelaide this week (Crows love Telstra Dome).

I doubt Collingwood will lose to both Freo and Sydney.

This means that, as the Richmond vs. Melbourne game is finishing, tons of Richmond supporters will be rushing to the Essendon vs. St. Kilda game to cheer you guys on!

haha, id make the trip for sure. Not sure why everyone seems to discount Brisbane in the finals calculations. They will beat Carlton this week and while they will go in outsiders against Sydney the week after, they still have a decent chance.
