If we debut Wellingham this week?

If dubut Wellingham this week (and someone is rested) how many 1st gamers will that be for 2007?

Surely it would be a record?

I think it would be our 10th debutant, and 12 first-gamers for the Pies (Meds, Bryan).

There is a possibility Sharrod gets a game, given our chances of top-four are very, very slim and there is no chance of us missing a home final (other than finishing 4th).

No he didnt. There was discussion of him debuting on Saturday night because he didnt play in the seniors that day, so Im not sure if he even played in the reserves the day after. But he didnt play for Willy.

Sharrod Wellingham
Sharrod was okay, but I must admit I thought on the bigger ground he might’ve shown a bit more, because it should’ve suited him. He didn’t get the ball in space like I thought he might. He got a lot of his ball contested, which was interesting for a guy that’s got that sort of leg speed and smartness, but he was still okay with 16 disposals.

Yeah, he did. Reports out of Tassie must have been off. Gotch's report describes his efforts, 16 possessions and mostly contested.
