I think what the conversation should be is if West Coast win the 2019 premiership are they considered to be the team of the AFL Era.

West coke along side geelong have had the biggest hga of all time. Should be playing 10 pin on their bowling alley fields not football.

Egirls 06 premiership has the biggest asterix of all time next to it. Literally half their team went to rehab in the off season after the gf they were so methed up.

Even last years premiership was an absolute Bradbury.

Richmond face planted against a team that had 1 win for the season against top 8 teams and it took egirls til the last 30 seconds to over run them.

Realistically yes. You could possibly make an argument for other dynasties if a side won B2B, missed maybe losing a GF and then B2B again to win 4 in 5 or something like that, but B2B alone isn't enough to be in discussion when comparing to a 3peat.

West Coast don't have either salary cap concessions like Brisbane 01-03 and the home ground factor Hawthorn had in 13-15.

If West Coast were to win the flag this year should they be rated ahead of Brisbane 01-03 and Hawthorn 13-15?

Hawks had a weakened era due to expansion teams and free agency commencing.

Hawks played in eight grand finals over 9 years for 5 flags from 1983-1991

You'll be hard pressed to find a club that hasn't won a premiership/s without some form of AFL concessions...

WCE wouldn't have had C.Masten or J.Kennedy playing for them for the last 12 years... they got them through the Judd trade, who was a priority pick so even the 2006 premiership is * too...

Likewise A.Rance for Richmond was a priority pick...

Dale Thomas was a priority pick for Collingwood...

Like wise Geelong with all their father son concessions...

Hawthorn and Geelong getting all those salary cap concessions due to having so many players on the veteran list...

Also worth noting the salary cap concessions Brisbane had was available to every club...

Still no. If HGA was all that mattered Pies would have beat the Lions twice, bombers would have gone B2B, Hawks would have won 4in a row instead of losing 2012 to Sydney.

Home teams would always win finals etc etc.

Lions might have had some concessions when they won but they still had to win the games, other clubs have had concessions and never tasted success during that period.

WC did all right with their early concessions, do you discount Or devalue your 92 and 94 flags because you had an advantage over most teams at the time with your list?

Back to back for a WA team against two MCG teams is far superior to B2B2B against 3 interstate teams (2 undeserved home ground advantages).

No it’s not, we literally get a bigger home ground advantage then any vic side does for a min 12-13 games a season. Which if your good enough gets you a top 2 spot and 2hone finals (much more home advantage then vics get especially if they play each other). Otherwise we would always be talking up Adelaide’s great team instead of the Hawks and Lions

Haha and how exactly is it weaker then it was??? Have you got any stats or anything to back up statement??

Hahaha a Richmond supporter talking about last year being a Bradbury, tigers literally only won there only premiership in 30 odd years is because the far and away best team all year fell over at the finish line. However through much of last year eagles would be juggling for top spot aswell as go on a ten match winning streak. Oh and we flogged Richmond the only time we played them that year.

Also 2006 gf every single player is drug tested. And you think that asada would just hide the results. But I guess your right give them an astrix for partying to hard after a premiership.
