hilly, Wayne Carey is offensive, that's why so many people dislike him. Just ask the Lions cheersquad for some examples. I'm sure other club's supporters have similar stories. I wouldn't have a pathetic human being like that in my team for anything. He can play, but he's just such a loser. No amount of skill on-field can change the fact that he just has no respect for the average footy fan.

but I thought the Long bump was fair. It was a grand final, one went for the body, the other the ball and there was a collision. These things happen in footy and it's not like Long is an excessively aggressive player or anything. It was just a little high, that's all.

People didnt like the Long bump only for the reason that it looked ugly on screen. If the Melbourne player was able to bounce back straight after the bump, hardly anything else would of been said about it. Just that he had to come off the ground on the stretcher and wear a protective neck brace made it look nasty.

i'd have to say wayne cary or michael long. actually, both!
i hate the both of them, cary coz he thinks he's just sooooooo good (but we all know he's NOT) and long coz of how he plays. he shouldn't be able to play footy the way he does, and because of what he did to poor old simmons during the grand final, he should have atlease be sent off (but he should of been kicked out of the legue!)
