If you could take one player from any other team in the AFL and put them in the West Coast Eagles, who would you choose?

When making your decision, take into consideration things like our strengths and weaknesses, youth, and development.

Personally, I'd be throwing up between Reiwoldt and Pavlich.

i would probably prefer to take adam goodes over hamill.

Brad Ottens - guy is a freak up front. Just impossible to match up on, plus he can go into the ruck and we'd have close to the 2 best rucks in the comp.

But this judgement is reserved till I see how much his injury affects him from the first half of the season. If he comes back as good as what he was before hand then I'd definetaly want him.

If not, then I'd go for Nick Riewoldt.

A few years ago I would have said Waterhouse. He still would be serviceable.

I was a strong proponent of us going after Wayne Carey hard. Unfortunately he has been hit and miss.

Now....

We need three strong spine players. A FB, CHB and FF. D Gaspar, Pavlich and Lloyd or Richo.

Richo because with the right coaching and environment would be 10x better than he is. Lloyd becuase he is, well....Lloyd.

If Judd wants to go back (and I don't think he will) but how about Lloyd and a draft pick from Essendon for him?

Lloyd is what, 25 or 26? Just entering his prime.

no chance of the dons trading lloyd and a pick for judd, let alone lloyd himself i think. he is definately out of bounds i reckon. but it does seem good in theory. another possibility i thought of was if the dogs get picks one and 2, we get one of them plus mitchell hahn for judd. hahn has proven to be quite good this year i think, and is a kpp and would be a handy pick-up.

Yep, but we have players forward and down back that can cover him. If he could play in any KP, you would think the Bulldogs would play him there because they lack height down back and up forward as well. He is not the KPP you are looking for.

Daniel Giansiracusa.

Oh, and for the club, probably Reiwoldt.

Look, while Juddy can do no wrong (til we get that signature anyway), let's not overrate the kid.
