If you were coach what would your team be and why?

B: L. Fisher, Hudghton, S. Fisher
HB: Voss, Maguire, J. Gram
C: Montagna, Hayes, Goddard
HF: Hamill, Riewoldt, Harvey
F: Milne, Gehrig, Koschitzke
RUCKS: Rix, Dal Santo, Ball
INT: Baker, Blake, X. Clarke, R. Clarke
EMERG: Fiora, Thompson, Peckett

5 MAIN POINTS: (that you guys would be thinking why has he done that)

* Baker on the bench only because he would be tagging and week by week that would obviously change, so until we get a match-up or know who he will be lining upon he will be named on the bench.

* Rix in the ruck so Kosi can go forward, Rix would do a good job anyway and you can have Blake running havoc from a taller player on the ground who isnt as athletic.

*R. Clarke because its more run, and it frees up the midfield to go in short burses. He can also go to the backline to free up Leigh Fish, or Grammy to run in the midfield.

* Fiora a good person to have as an emerg. I ahve noticed that he plays better when he comes in as an emergency, I dont know whether it is because the opposition cant adjust to him coming in, or he needs a wake up call.

* Thommo very unlucky, and Frankie getting older but a good emergeny list never the less.

interesting team, i would make a couple of changes.
**id put montagna on the half forward flank, his long, penetrating kicks can create and score some handy goals. Harvey can terrorise as per usual in the midfield, understood that he is aging but xav and gwilt off the bench can give him sum breathers. good point by putting baker on the bench because of uncertainty of either tagging a super midfield or a small forward pocket tyro, but he will definitely start on the ground with either vossy benched (if its a small forward) or mayb even Goddard (if midfielder), despite sum super form this year.
**gwilt in the team for raph, who is still underdeveloped, the time out with injury hasnt helped. gwilt played a couple of great games last yr and has the flair that the saints need to reinvigorate a often similar styled line up.
**Big troy gets a go as an emergency, been semi-impressed by the former whipping boys emergence as a player capable of key forward post. obviously this is without injuries so the return of kosi and hamill lessens the need for him on the bench, but he has been considered.
**fiora, not been happy with his form, woulda like the long left foot of heath black instead...oh well, he needs to re-evaluate where hes at and start playing sum consistent footy.
**Ackland...another one who has been semi-decent but need more from a ruckman who aspires to hold the number 1 ruck at our proud club. blake will always have that athleticism, ackland needs to contribute more in the hitouts/clearances section, until then itll be casey scorpions for u buddy.

hope ive given you some food for thought, would love your feedback

It's all hypothetical - selecting a team without taking into consideration the matchups, but the above squad would be my choice if all fit.

Each week you would have to consider blooding players like Rix, Watts, Gwilt, Gilbert, Raymond and Sweeney
