This is one of the most annoying threads i've come across. The OP touches on topics like censorship and powers of ISPs only to turn out he typed in the wrong address and now all i want to know is the site he was talking about.

They still give me the shits, horrible customer service, but really don't have too many alternatives.

And its true, they do block websites. but I don't believe I was slanderous, I used ? and words like Seems, and IF they..........

From memory iiNet was one of the ones who refused to follow Rudd's proposed censorship regime and as a result helped get it canned.
That doesn't necessarily mean they don't block any websites, but it would seem they are likely to be less inclined to do so.

In relation to website blocking, on another forum wpool, it has been said that IInet blocks phishing sites or something like that.
